We hereby inform you that MP Hostel Budapest located at 1037 Budapest, Nyár u. 6., operates an electronic surveillance system (surveillance camera system). The electronic surveillance systems of the hotel are operated by the staff of Service 4 You Hospitality Kft.
Please be informed that the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”), as well as Act CXII of 2011 on information self-determination and freedom of information. shall apply in connection with the rules of the recording, use and preservation of phonograms.
As detailed below, on the basis of expressed consent, and it is operated for the purpose of preventing, detecting the harm to human life, physical integrity, and to protect property, to prevent infringements and accidents, to detect offenders, and to prove infringements. The electronic surveillance system operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the recordings are stored in the server room for 30 days.
To protect the privacy of the personal information, the data stored on the server is protected by a personalized username and password to help determine which person and when accessed the data.
Persons authorized to view the actual pictures of the cameras are the employees of the Service 4 You Kft. Authorized persons to view the recordings of the cameras include the hotel manager, or the deputy manager, or in case they are not available, the all-time manager of the hotel.
Persons authorized to view the recordings of the surveillance and recording system of the Service 4 You Kft. can only do so in order to prove violations made against human life, physical integrity or property and to identify the perpetrator, or in case of other events or accidents involving human life or physical integrity. MP Hostel records the viewings of the recordings, their reason, date and time, and the name of the person who viewed the recordings.
Transmission of the recordings is only possible in the case of procedures involving unlawful conduct or breach of obligation, towards the authorities, courts that process the case. The data transmitted may include recordings of the relevant information made by the camera system, as well as the names of the persons that may be on the recording.
Please note that those whose rights and legitimate interests are affected by the audio and video recordings, may apply for a copy of the recordings made of him/her by the electronic surveillance system and may also request the deletion of the recordings in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. In addition, whose rights or legitimate interests are affected by the video and audio recordings, after justifying the reason may request within 3 working days after the recording is made that the Service 4 You Kft. does not delete or destroy the recordings.
We also inform you that you may at any time request information about the handling of your personal data from the Service 4 You Kft.
