There is no refund for unused package items.
Hotel rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival, and until 10 am on the day of departure! In case of arrival at a different time, please let us know in advance!
If necessary, we will take care of the storage of luggage.
In the absence of prior notice, advance payment or credit card guarantee, hostel
rooms will be cancelled without prior notice by the hostel in accordance with the payment terms and cancellation policy.
Payment method: by bank transfer, cash, credit card or Széchenyi Recreation Card

50 % of the total package price must be paid in advance within 5 calendar days of receiving the confirmation.

For last minute bookings (within 3 days), payment will be made on arrival.

For bookings of more than 2 months away, the deposit must be paid at least 1 week before arrival.

In the case of a bank transfer, please indicate your reference number, name and address in the notice box, which are required for issuing the imprest account.

If you wish to pay your deposit with Széchenyi Recreation Card please send us your card details, as well as your address and the date of your booking.
